  • THE CLEAN-UP

    Stan Simple | Kingstown, MD | September 27, 2022

Re. the clean-up revealed in the 9-25-22 strip: Perhaps all the perfumes of [Saudi] Arabia have also been applied to sweeten those little hands.

  • CLEANING PRODUCTS

    Thomas | Durham, UNITED KINGDOM | September 27, 2022

Is Trump using MyPillow cleaning products as recommended by Lady Macbeth?

  • BLOOD ON TRUMP'S HANDS

    Polly | Hanover, NH | September 26, 2022

Please put back the blood on Trump's hands! After all, it's still there.

  • WHAT HAPPENED?

    Tom | Florence, KY | September 25, 2022

What happened to the bloody hands? I thought that was permanent.

  • BLOODSTAINS

    Beth | Roseville, CA | September 25, 2022

Trump's hands are still devoid of bloodstains!?! Maybe he is wearing old-man flesh colored gloves?

  • TRFF

    Tim | Northampton, MA | September 25, 2022

Is it just me, or is Trff starting to look a lot like the My Pillow guy...

  • HANDS

    David | Walpole, NH | September 25, 2022

Good strip today; but I miss t-Rump's bloody hands.

  • DOONESBURY ON TRUMP

Peter | Sydney, New South Wales | September 19, 2022

Doonesbury is on Trump, from back in 1987? Ah, memories...

  • PRESCIENT

Tom Morin | Sioux City, IA | September 17, 2022

Thirty-five years ago today -- on September 17, 1987  -- GBT predicted the horror that we are living through right now. We can only hope that he was just as prescient in last Sunday's strip.

  • GLARING ERROR

    Jerry Larson | Glendale, CA | September 11, 2022

Today's strip, with the low-speed chase, was pretty good, but there's one glaring error: one of Trump's little hands is shown WITHOUT BLOOD.

  • STEVE BANNON

    George | Tequesta, FL | September 10, 2022

In today's SayWhat? quote, Steve Bannon sounds like the Black Knight in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. After losing all his limbs, he still wants to fight.

  • THE JOYS OF FLASHBACK

    Kathleen DeWitt | Duhok, Kurdistan | September 02, 2022

What irony! Today's five-years-ago strip on the Flashback page shows Honey at Tiananmen Square all those decades ago*, when people rose up for some freedom before being brutally crushed. She is speaking with a fellow protester who is totally into the protest movement, and he says if it dies his dreams die too. Honey asks him what he wants to be, and he replies he wants to be a corporate raider. Honey's response is "So you really DO need democracy!" At the time it was a kick at democracy and capitalism; who knew it was going to be possible in China to be a corporate raider without democracy, as is the case now? This is one of the joys of Flashback: not only do we get to remember what was happening at that time, we get to look at those memories in light of what has happened since.

    Editor's Note:

    * This was a Classic republication of the strip, which first appeared on 6-15-89.

  • SAY WHAT?

    George | Jupiter, FL | August 30, 2022

After reading yesterday's "Say What?" I'd say Boebert, Cruz, and Donny Jr. are good examples of wasted college degrees.

  • UP THERE

Terence McGee | Sydney, NEW SOUTH WALES | August 21, 2022

Well, seems Ray's up there with the ball -- even Wikapedia doesn't have an entry for Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories therapy yet. I hope he remembers to bring back the milk from town.

  • BEST LAUGH

    James Mitchell | Everette, WA | August 21, 2022

Lizzy? Chuckster? Andy? That is so PERFECT! You got American down perfectly! Best laugh all week.

  • BAD CRAZINESS

    Patti H. | Rome, NY | August 20, 2022

Ah, today's 45-years-ago Flashback strip! Duke in his prime, as it were, and the introduction of a phrase I still use to this day when things are totally unreal: Bad craziness!

  • "KA-CHING!"

    Stephen | Westminster, MD | August 14, 2022

"Ka-ching!" Ha! Love it. Once again, Jimmy shifts, pivots, and changes directions. The man is a god.

  • RHYME

    Greg Bowzer | Omaha, NE | August 09, 2022

The 15-years-ago-today strip (on the Flashbacks page today) with Duke suggesting a celeb golf tournament, could be run today with slight changes to include LIV, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia. History may not repeat, but it does rhyme.

  • LOSING IS THE NEW WINNING

    Bradley | Brentwood, TN | August 09, 2022

Thank you for your bravery (for 50+ years) telling the truth, even as apparently "respected" politicians claim, purport, even insist that that the sky is orange and Trump was the greatest thing to happen to American politics. I cringe even typing that in jest. Your July 31, 2022 strip, calling out the Republicans who are attempting to ride Trump's coat tails, was spot-on. My greatest fear is that ~50% of the US population seems to either totally buy Trump's fantasy, or are willing to look the other way for potential profit at the expense of our collective morals. What you do is not easy, I know that. Thank you for a half century of calling a spade, a spade.

  • THAT BAD

    John McQueen | Frederick, MD | August 07, 2022

What, no "thousand year" Reich? Granted, that may sound extreme. But the GOP's new hero, Viktor Orbán, is pegged by one of his own (now ex-) top aides as "pure Nazi." Yes, it is that bad. Clearly, it can happen here. All the more since most newsies and pundits turn blind eyes. Thank you so much, GBT!
